Step 1: Submit the Contact Form

To begin, please fill out our Contact Sales form if you haven’t already. This allows us to gather the necessary information to assist you in setting up your account.


After we review your submission, a member of our team will reach out via email with the next steps to finalize your account setup.

Step 2: Set Up Your Account

As part of the setup process, you'll need to complete the following:

  • Setup Your Business Profile

    Setup Business Profile with information by getting started, such as company name and contact details.

  • Connect Your API

    Create your API account by visiting: https://info.shipx.com/ This will allow you to integrate ShipX with your internal systems for seamless shipping operations.
