Reporting

Our reporting tools make it easy to track and review your parcel deliveries. Whether you need to monitor shipment activity, analyze performance, or export records, our system provides flexible options to get the data you need.


Accessing Shipment Reports

  1. Go to Shipment History:

    From the sidebar menu, click on Shipment History. This will open a list of all past shipments.

  2. Select Shipment Reports:

    Use the available filters to access Shipment Reports, where you can generate detailed insights into your parcel deliveries.


Filtering and Customizing Your Report

  • Filter by Shipment Date:

    Choose a specific date range to narrow down the shipments you want to report on.

  • Manage Report Columns:

    Customize your report by selecting which details to display—such as tracking numbers, delivery status, parcel weight, destination, and more.


Exporting the Report

  • After setting your filters and customizing the view, click to export the report as a CSV file.
  • The exported file can be opened in Excel or any spreadsheet program for further analysis or record-keeping.
