π Pickups & Drops: Inductions to Hub
To ensure smooth logistics and timely processing at our hub, please review the following information regarding pickup and delivery requirements.
π Hours of Operation
Please provide your operating hours so we can coordinate induction scheduling accurately if not done already:
- Business Days: (e.g., MondayβFriday)
- Opening Hours: (e.g., 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM)
Preferred Pickup/Delivery Time Windows:
(e.g., Pickups between 2:00 PM β 4:00 PM)
π¦ Pickup Requirements
- Minimum Pickup Threshold:
Pickups require a minimum order volume.
Please contact your account manager for exact volume requirements.
- Scheduled Pickups Only:
All pickups must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our logistics team.
π Delivery to Hub
- You may drop off orders directly to the hub during operating hours.
- Be sure to label all shipments clearly for induction processing.
β³ Processing & SLA Policy
- If orders are delayed in processing at the hub (e.g., due to volume spikes or late arrival), they will be:
- Processed and shipped the following business day
- Still aligned to meet your Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whenever possible
We recommend delivering earlier in the day to maximize same-day processing opportunities.
