Bulk Upload Request

If you need to upload a large number of orders, we offer two options using ShipStation, a trusted shipping management platform.

✅ Option 1: Use Your Own ShipStation Account (Recommended)

If you have your own ShipStation account, you can upload bulk orders directly.

What to Know:

• ShipStation supports bulk uploads via CSV or Excel.
• There is a 3% per-order fee from ShipStation. This fee is passed through to you.
• You manage and control your orders and shipping preferences within your own account.

🔄 Option 2: We Upload Orders for You

If you’re unable to use ShipStation yourself, we can handle the upload for you.

What’s Included:

• Uploading your orders into our internal ShipStation account
• Basic setup and processing

Associated Fees:

• 3% ShipStation fee per order (same as above)

  Labor fee for the upload:

  • Minimum 30 minutes per 100 orders
  • Billed at our standard hourly service rate

How to Request This:

1. Prepare your order file in CSV or Excel (we can provide a template if needed).
   1. Need a Template? Let us know, and we’ll send you a ShipStation-compatible CSV template to make things even easier.
2. Email your file to support@shipx.com.
3. Confirm in writing that you approve the ShipStation and labor fees.
4. Our team will handle the upload and send you a confirmation once complete.
