At the top, you’ll find the Shipment Number and current Delivery Status, along with a visual Timeline tracking the shipment’s progress.
📈 Shipment Progress & Status
This section outlines both the shipment timeline and the meaning of each status to help you understand exactly where your package is in its journey.
🕒 Shipment Timeline
A shipment typically progresses through the following stages:
- Shipper generated a package label
- New shipment created at carrier
- Package received at induction point
- Package was unloaded from truck
- Package is out for delivery
- Package is delivered
- (Optional) Exception / Returned / Voided
Each stage is timestamped and may include a location for better tracking context.
📌 Status Definitions
Status | Meaning |
---|---|
In Transit | Package is moving through the carrier’s network |
Out for Delivery | Package is on the final delivery route |
Delivered | Package has reached its destination |
Exception | Delay or issue encountered (e.g., address issue, weather) |
Returned | Package is on its way back to the sender |
Voided | Shipment was canceled before it left the warehouse |

Package Journey
- Status: Shows the current state of the package
- Action: Options may include Re-Print Label or Void Label

- Point of Contact: Name, email, or phone number
- Order Info: Order number and order date

- Ship To: Recipient address
- Map View: Real-time route and location tracking
- POD / Signature: Proof of Delivery (signature or photo, when available)
