The Detailed Shipment Page provides a complete view of a shipment’s journey — from label creation to final delivery. Below is a breakdown of all the key components on the page.


🚚 Shipment Summary

At the top, you’ll find the Shipment Number and current Delivery Status, along with a visual Timeline tracking the shipment’s progress.

📈 Shipment Progress & Status

This section outlines both the shipment timeline and the meaning of each status to help you understand exactly where your package is in its journey.

🕒 Shipment Timeline

A shipment typically progresses through the following stages:

  1. Shipper generated a package label
  2. New shipment created at carrier
  3. Package received at induction point
  4. Package was unloaded from truck
  5. Package is out for delivery
  6. Package is delivered
  7. (Optional) Exception / Returned / Voided

Each stage is timestamped and may include a location for better tracking context.

📌 Status Definitions

Status Meaning
In Transit Package is moving through the carrier’s network
Out for Delivery Package is on the final delivery route
Delivered Package has reached its destination
Exception Delay or issue encountered (e.g., address issue, weather)
Returned Package is on its way back to the sender
Voided Shipment was canceled before it left the warehouse

📦 Shipment & Package Details

This section shows all relevant shipment metadata and package-level tracking information.

Package Journey

  • Status: Shows the current state of the package
  • Action: Options may include Re-Print Label or Void Label


📌 Shipment Details

  • Point of Contact: Name, email, or phone number
  • Order Info: Order number and order date
  • Ship From: Origin address
  • Ship To: Recipient address
  • Map View: Real-time route and location tracking
  • POD / Signature: Proof of Delivery (signature or photo, when available)
  • Additional Info: Special notes or internal instructions
