Overview of the Shipment creation page

Steps

  1. Log in to ShipX.com

    Visit ShipX.com and log in with your account credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Shipment List Page

    From the Shipment List page, click on the "+" icon in the top right. Then, select "Create New Shipment".

  3. Enter Shipment Details

    Fill out the required fields in the shipment form:

    • Shipment Information: Warehouse, Service Level, Special Instructions
    • Ship To: The recipient’s name, address, and contact details.
    • Ship From: The recipient’s name, address, and contact details.

    • Package Details: Enter the weight, dimensions, and type of package (e.g., box).


  4. Review and Confirm

    Double-check the entered details for accuracy. If everything looks correct, click "Create Shipment".


  5. Shipment Creation

    Once submitted, you’ll be able to see shipment details and a tracking number. You can also view the shipment status in the "Shipment List" section of your dashboard.
